Raven Value Partners was founded in 2025 by founding partners Peter Stæhr and Asbjørn Søndergaard. The Global Fund originates from the family offices of the founding partners. Therefore, the Fund was born with a portfolio of companies that we know well.

Peter began investing in stocks at age 14 and has loved it ever since. He began his carreer in PwC's forensics department and later held leadership positions in the financial sector with a strong focus on risk management. Peter became full-time Portfolio Manager in 2022 and is now heading our Raven Global Fund.

Asbjørn started his carreer in german game developer Crytek. After returning to Denmark he founded and led Tactile Entertainment from a Copenhagen basement in 2008 to surpassing DKK 1 billion in revenue by 2022. Asbjørn brings his executive experience, operational drive and founder mentality to our partnership.

Performance, integrity and a clear alignment with all our partners define Raven’s DNA; we are owners of companies that share this mindset and the drive to compound value over time.

Our first priority is to make a great return for our partners - without taking excessive risk. This requires disciplin, intellectual honesty and willingness to dig deeper.

Our partners trust us with their hard earned capital and we owe them - and ourselfes - to be transparent and do what is right for the partnership.

Although we as investors may have different time horizons and priorities, we strive to align our incentives and treat every investor as an equal partner.
