Investors looking for an actively managed stock portfolio with a minimum investment of 750,000 DKK, a +5 year investment horizon and a moderate to high risk profile. The Fund is not suitable if you intend to withdraw your capital within five years.

We have optimised our fund structure towards investors with assets held in a company structure such as a Danish ApS or A/S. This is done to ensure optimal tax and Value Added Tax treatment from the perspective of our investors. 

At Raven we spend a lot of time and effort to avoid investments that can result in a permanent loss of capital. What does that mean in practical terms? In our perspective there are three main ways to mitigate this risk:

1) Bottom up: Follow a disciplined investment process and only invest in companies that live up to our standard of a great balance sheet and high business quality. Selling at a discount to fair value.

2) Top down: Ensure we stay within a set of predefined boundaries on the portfolio level i.e. diversifying across a minimum of 10 companies within different industries and geographic regions, and limits to the size of any single company and industry in the portfolio.

3) Mindset: We work hard to stay rational in market euphoria and pessimism. Our partners all share a long time horizon and understand price changes (volatility) is part of the game and can be used to our advantage.
